Workshop on “Ethical Hacking and Network Security”

A workshop titled “Ethical Hacking and Network Security” was held on Saturday, 12th December 2009 in AIUB Computer Lab. The program was organized by Department of Computer Science, AIUB. The seminar was started with a welcome speech by Mr. Mohammad Saiedur Rahaman, Lecturer, Department of Computer Science, AIUB. The key speaker was Mr. Shahadat Hossain. Mr. Hossain is a certified in Ethical Hacking. The lecture focuses on importance of ethical hacking, various types of network vulnerabilities and preventing measures. From this workshop students gained hands on experience on different techniques to build secured network and applications.
