With deep sorrow, AIUB mourns the passing of Prof. Dr. Nisar Ahmed, Treasurer, AIUB, on Wednesday, 21 January 2026. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Rajiun. 

Since 2004, he was a valued member of AIUB, leaving lasting impact on the institution. We pray for the eternal peace of his departed soul.

His Namaz-e-Janaza will be held at the AIUB campus at 10:30 AM, 22 January 2026.
