Ms. Yoriko Ueda Founder and CEO of VENTURAS Ltd. visited AIUB on Sunday 30th September 2018. The visit was facilitated by Dr. Sanjib Barua of the Dept. of Architecture, AIUB. She met with Mr. R. Tareque Moudud FCMA , Director OPA and paid courtesy calls on the Vice Chancellor AIUB Dr. Carmen Z. Lamagna and the Vice President Academics Dr. Charles Villanueva
Ms. Ueda briefed the University’s officials about the possibility of Japanese companies hiring AIUB students and graduates , particularly from the faculty of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE). In order to initiate the process, Ms. Ueda has invited Human Resocia Co. Ltd. of Japan to come to the campus on 27th October 2018 . The Japanese company will hold a half day seminar for our students and then have an on-the spot interview. 
This type of program could serve as a harbinger of future foreign employment possibilities for AIUB graduates
