On 27th October 2018, AIUB hosted visitors from two companies, namely VENTURAS Ltd and Human Resocia Co. Ltd. of Japan. The purpose of their visit was to interview and hire students from the University’s Faculty of Science and Information Technology (FIST) for jobs and placements in Japan. 
The visitors were Ms. Yoriko Ueda Founder and CEO of Venturas Ltd. , and officials of Human Resocia Co. Ltd. :- Mr. Naoki Irie, Vice President, Mr. Matsubara Toshiyuki  GIT division Project Manager and Mr. Naoto Yamasaki Officer.
Ms. Yoriko Ueda had earlier, on the 30th Sept. 2018, discussed the modalities of the program with AIUB’s Vice Chancellor Dr. Carmen Z. Lamagna, the Vice President Academics Dr. Charles C. Villanueva and the Director Office of Placement and Alumni M. R. Tareque Moudud FCMA. 
The program involved briefing the students about the job and then interviewing them. The students who participated in this program were identified by the office of Mr. Mashiur Rahman, Associate Dean FSIT.
The visitors were very pleased with the interviewees and have already selected a number of them for employment in Japan
