Dr. Carmen Z Lamagna, Vice Chancellor AIUB paid a courtesy call to His Excellency Robert Chatterton Dickson, the British High Commissioner to Bangladesh at his residence on Sunday, November 28, 2021.

Dr. Carmen expressed her gratitude to the High Commissioner for his valuable presence at the 20^th Convocation of the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) as the convocation speaker. She presented some souvenir photographs of the convocation to the high commissioner.

They also exchanged their views on the current condition of the higher education of the country and its prospects. Dr. Carmen expressed her hope that even though the British Education System plays a major role in the curriculum of school and colleges in the country, but still there are lot of scopes of collaboration with British universities in the higher education sector. Mr. Manzur H Khan, Director, Office of Student Affairs also accompanied her.
