The Ubiquitous, Cloud, and Human-Computer Interaction (UCH) Research Group, Computer Science, FST, AIUB, led by Prof. Dr. Kamruddin Nur, received the Best Paper Award at the 4th International Conference on Electrical, Computer, and Communication Engineering (ECCE) 2025, an IEEE conference organized by CUET. Their paper, "RoboPick: ArUco-Driven Task Prioritized Manipulation on Mobile Robotic Systems," was a collaboration with students from the University of Girona, Spain, and Queen Mary University of London, UK.
Previously, the group also won the Best Paper Award at the IEEE International Conference on Robotics, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and the Internet of Things (RAAICON) 2024, organized by BUET. Their research, "CCFD-SSL: Optimizing Real-Time Credit Card Fraud Detection Using Self-Supervised Learning and Contrastive Representations," was a collaboration with the students of Washington University of Science and Technology, USA.
