The seminar was of high importance as The Toastmaster USA has already stepped into 116 countries worldwide and AIUB is the 117th venue where the organization wants to advocate the energy of effective leadership and communication skills. Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of meeting locations. The keynote speaker of the seminar, Mr. Michael Notaro, DTM, the president of Toastmaster International, explained how a last bencher and bashful personality could be transformed into a world class public speaker. He shared his own story, how did he triumph over his inner fear and eventually became the president and brand ambassador of Toastmaster international. On top of everything, he is a true master of public speaking and leadership. He inspired the students to know their own fear of public speaking and overcoming the problems by practicing toastmaster techniques. Along with him, Mr. Balraj Arunasalam DTM - International Director was present as a guest of honor, Mr.  Shuvo Hridayesh, Mohammad Safiullah, FCMA Sponsors & Mentors, Dhaka Toastmasters Club , Md. Ali Haider Chowdhury, FCMA -President of CMA Bangladesh Tigers Toastmasters Club were also present to motivate the students , Faculties and other officials present.
