The VC visited several animation academies

DANIDA INNOVATIVE PARTNERSHIPS FOR DEVELOPMENT (IPD)

October 10-14, 2011 The VC visited several animation academies: The Animation Workshop in Karup, Trumax Academy and the Copenhagen Technology School. Meetings were held to get knowledge on the curriculum and description of the courses, infrastructure and software needed for the computer graphics and animation which will be offered by AIUB by the first quarter of 2012. The objective of the University Project is to train local industry professionals and improve competencies at the local animation industry, and train the future trainors. Meetings with the Danish animation companies for possible outsourcing contracts: A Films, Wil Films, Duckling and Ghost.
