On advent, the students were given an early speech concerning the history of the site and the visiting architectural elements in Murapara Rajbari, Murpara Nagar Shahi Mosque and local temples. Students observed the character of natural features and also tried to experience a direct and reverential relationship with architectural design fundamentals through sketch and photographs .They also participated in measuring the structures, drawing plans and elevations during the mapping session. The combining observation also allowed the students to comprehend the impact of human action on natural elements and heritage. To introduce ‘Nature based learning experiences’ and ‘Methods of investigating and mapping a historical site’ the tour was organized for the students of Design Studio I and Design Studio III by the course teachers Syeda Tuhin Ara Karim, Sumaya Islam, Abu Taib Mohammed Shahjahan and Saima Musharrat .
