Strategic Planning Meeting of the AUAP

Chaired the Strategic Meeting of the AUAP in Khao Yai, Thailand.  Discussed were plans for membership development, possible amendments to the Constitution, which will be presented in the General Meeting to be held in Baguio, Philippines on November 2010.  Hosted by the Suranaree University of Technology, a banquet dinner was held in celebration of the SUT’s 20th and AUAP’s 15th anniversary.  Attended a special lecture by NASA astronaut, Mr. Leroy Chiao of the Soyuz space shuttle.  HRH Princess Srindhorn hosted the lecture and lunch.
