Seminar on Teaching Practicum by Prof. Dr. Dil Afroze Quader in Department of English

Department of English, American International University-Bangladesh arranged an Interactive Seminar on “Teaching Practicum” on 12 November 2012 at 3:30pm at the Seminar Room#7101 at Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences. Professor Dr. Dil Afroze Quader from BRAC University was the Guest Speaker in the seminar. She also taught in the University of Dhaka for many years. The Faculty members of the Department of English, along with the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Science, Prof. Dr. Tazul Islam; the Head of the Department, Dr. Faheem Hasan Shahed, and the students of English department attended the seminar. After the seminar there was a vibrant questionnaire session participated by the students and teachers alike. Professor Quader was very pleased for the enthusiasm and interest of the students of the Department. She also praised the warm hospitality of the English Department of AIUB and expressed her wish for the continuation of this kind of academic seminars.
