On Dhaka, 15 January 2025 – The Department of Management and HRM at the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), hosted an insightful seminar titled "How SMART KPI Ensures an Effective Performance Appraisal System: A Comprehensive Approach to Organizational Success."

The seminar, held in the Performance Appraisal and Management class, featured Mr. Nazmul Karim Talukder, a renowned expert in the field, as the keynote speaker. Mr. Talukder shared his extensive knowledge on the importance of Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in driving effective performance appraisals and achieving organizational goals.

The session was facilitated by Dr. Rezbin Nahar, who emphasized the critical role of SMART KPIs in aligning employee performance with organizational objectives. Dr. Md. Aftab Anwar delivered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to Mr. Talukder for his enlightening presentation and the attendees for their active participation.
