The Department of Management and HRM, Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), organized an insightful seminar titled "Assessing Outcomes Evaluation of Training Programs" on Tuesday, 27 May 2025. The event took place at Annex 2, Room No. 2107 from 9:40 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., and was specifically designed for students on the Training and Development course and majoring in Human Resource Management (HRM).

The keynote speaker for the session was Md. Tauhid Hossain, Head of Operations at BIOBUILD, who shared his extensive industry experience on evaluating training effectiveness in corporate settings. His engaging talk focused on practical frameworks for assessing training outcomes, aligning training goals with organizational performance, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.

The seminar was organized and coordinated by Dr. Md. Aftab Anwar, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Management and HRM, who welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of integrating academic learning with real-world HR practices. The session concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Rezbin Nahar, Director of the BBA Program, who expressed her appreciation to the speaker and the organizing team for creating a valuable learning opportunity for the students.

Among the distinguished attendees was Dr. Kamrul Islam, Head of the Department of Accounting, who showed his support for cross-disciplinary learning initiatives within FBA.
