Rangs Group Management Trainee Recruitment Program

The Office of Placement & Alumni along with Rangs Group of Companies organized a Management Trainee/Executive Recruitment Program on 29th October 2011. It is another step taken to facilitate our business graduates to commence their career in the competitive job market. Rangs Group is one of the largest and reputed conglomerates in Bangladesh. The group has spread its branches in various fields of business. They are planning to explore more areas of business and therefore require more employees. The program began with a corporate presentation on Rangs Group where the speakers were: Mr. Nabil Ahmad, COD (HR & Corporate), Mr. Showkat Nawaz, CFO of Real Estate, Mr. Shoeb Ahmed, HOP of Rancon Motors Limited and Ms. Sharmin Khan (AIUB Alumni), Executive, HR of RPL. Other participants in the program from Rangs were Mr. Salah Uddin, Assistant Manager, IT of Rangs Group and Ms. Israt Jahan, Senior Executive, HR of RML. Dr. Charles C. Villanueva, Dean, Faculty of Business Administration and Mr. R. Tareque Moudud FCMA, Director, Office of Placement & Alumni, welcomed the Rangs team and briefed them about the university. Through this program, Rangs will be recruiting those candidates who fulfill their requirements. An examination was taken by Rangs in which about 80 students took part. According to the results, students will be called for interviews for further assessment. This initiative from Rangs allows AIUB business graduates to begin their career with a reputed organization and prove their capabilities.
