The fourth  issue of Wordsmith's Pen for spring 2016-17 semester was opened for display on 2nd May 2017 on Level 9 of Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Building in presence of the Head of the Department of English, MD. Hamidul Haque, faculty members, writers and students. Wordsmith's Pen, which is basically a students' platform for presenting the creative writings written by the young writers from different departments of AIUB, was launched on 25 March 2015 under the supervision of Department of English. The editorial panel comprises: Samrin Zaman Bushra, Subarna Khan and Nighat Mahmud Munmun, students of the Department of English who worked under the supervision of Asif Kamal, Assistant Professor, Department of English, AIUB.

Students are invited to e-mail to zaman_bushra@ymail.com their original write ups: poems, short stories or even book reviews or criticisms (in not more than 500 words) with Writer’s name, ID# and Department’s name for the 5th issue to be published in Summer 2016-17.
