To establish a framework for collaboration and cooperation in research, innovation, and capacity-building initiatives, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between CRID USA, and American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) at AIUB. Prof. Dr. Md. Abdur Rahman (Pro Vice-Chancellor, AIUB), on behalf of AIUB, and Mr. Mehdi Shams (President & CEO (Co-Founder), CRID USA), on behalf of E-Technologic, signed the MoU on 8 April, 2025.

The MOU highlights the plans for Joint research projects, Capacity Building for faculty, students, and professionals, exchange programs for students and faculty, Co-developing innovative solutions and technologies. CRID USA, an innovative platform dedicated to advancing technological solutions and education, donates a simulator to AIUB for research purposes. The event starts with production discussion between CRID and AIUB in the presence of honorable guest, Brig. Gen. Shafiul Azam Parvez (Director General, Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission) along with Dr. Hasanul A. Hasan (Founder Member, Board of Trustees, AIUB), Ms. Nadia Anwar (Founder Member and Chairman, Board of Trustees, AIUB), Dr. Carmen Z. Lamagna (Member, Board of Trustees, AIUB), Professor Dr. Saiful Islam (Vice-Chancellor, AIUB), Prof. Dr. ABM Siddique Hossain (Professor, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, AIUB), Dr. Mohammad Abdul Mannan (Professor, Associate Dean, Faculty of Engineering, AIUB), Dr. Md. Saniat Rahman Zishan (Professor, Director, Faculty of Engineering, AIUB), Dr. Chowdhury Akram Hossain (Head, Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, AIUB). Finally, the significant event ends with hands on experience inside the full-size simulator which has been handed over to AIUB for further research.
