Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between AIUB & National Shooting Federation – Bangladesh (NSFB)

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the American International University – Bangladesh (AIUB) and National Shooting Federation – Bangladesh (NSFB) was signed on 23rd November, 2013 at the National Shooting Complex. On behalf of AIUB, Mr. Ishtiaque Abedin, Founder & Vice President (Public Relations & Int’l Affairs) and on behalf of NSFB, Mr. Enthekhabul Hamid, General Secretary signed the Memorandum. The MOU will be effective for next 3 years starting from 1st November 2013 to 31st October 2016. There is also option of extending the MOU even after 3 years. The main focus of the MOU is to provide an organized and sustainable partnership between American International University-Bangladesh and the National Shooting Federation – Bangladesh with a view to assist in the overall development of young shooters of Bangladesh. Under this MOU, AIUB will be the Education Partner of National Shooting Federation - Bangladesh. AIUB will provide educational training, teaching and guidance through short term English Language Classes / Programs, Leadership Courses, Cultural Awareness Classes & Computer Fundamental Courses for the National shooters and officials of NSFB. Every year, AIUB will also award scholarships to 3 (three) NSFB nominated and qualified shooters to be enrolled into the Undergraduate / Graduate degree programs at AIUB. On the other hand, 2 (two) AIUB students will get the opportunity of internship placement at the designated offices of NSFB. Both the AIUB and NSFB officials are very delighted to establish such a long term relationship between them under this MOU program.
