Medical Services Agreement between AIUB and UHL was held

A medical service agreement between American International University – Bangladesh (AIUB) and United Hospital Limited (UHL) was signed on October 27, 2008 at UHL premise, Gulshan, Dhaka. Dr. Carmen Zita Lamagna, Vice-Chancellor, AIUB and Mr. Mohd. Azhar Abdullah, CEO of UHL signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. In this regard, both parties have made a bilateral agreement for provision of medical services whereby UHL shall provide highest standard of professionals, ethical and quality diagnostic and hospital services to the staff members and their dependants of AIUB. AIUB shall facilitate training programs for the UHL personnel/ employees according to their need for their staff development. UHL will also arrange internship program of AIUB students as and when necessary. In this occasion, Md. Lutfar Rahman (Director, PR), Mr. Nisar Ahmed, Asst. Professor, Faulty of Business Administration, AIUB, Dr. Rubaiul Murshed, Advisor to Managing Director, UHL, Md. Farrukh Alam, Head of Purchase, UHL and Mr. Syed Ashraf-Ul-Masum, Senior Marketing Executive, UHL were also present.
