Master class session on ‘Discovering Your Potentials’

The Faculty of Business Administration, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) has organized a Master-class session on ‘Discovering Your Potentials’ for the Senior and Mid-level employees in Banks, Corporate and Business Houses on Friday, December 18 at the FBA auditorium. The main objective of the program was to highlight the existing inherent potentials and also to focus on the issues for further development of skills needed for enhancing scopes, possibilities and competences in the job market for the working professionals who wish to embark their talents in Bangladesh and abroad.  As a part of AIUB’s ever growing partnerships with the corporate and business houses in enhancing management capacities, delegates from various organizations participated in this laudable program. The program was inaugurated with an informative video documentary about AIUB. Dr.Nisar Ahmed, Director, MBA Program heartily welcomed all with a brief presentation on different aspects and facilities of studying in the MBA and EMBA in AIUB. Rear Admiral A S M Abdul Baten, Vice-Chancellor, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University, Bangladesh and Mr.Nadeem A. Chaudhury, Sponsor Director, Union Capital Ltd & Green Delta Insurance Company ltd graced the function with inspirational speeches about their experience in AIUB as proud students of the EMBA Program. Both of them emphasized on the quality maintained all through the program led by the Dean, Director, faculty members and officials involved. They urged the participants to choose the right track for their future and make timely decision at the critical juncture of their professional life.After a short break, Mr.Ejazur Rahman, Managing Director - Mind Mapper Bangladesh& CEO - ISCEA Asia conducted a lively two hour session on developing soft skills like, leadership quality, motivation at work place, setting up of life’s goals and decision-making ability which are very essential for the overall growth and development for the executives. The audience was enthralled with his highly motivational speech and remained enthusiastically energetic till the end. also graced the function and along with Dr.Nisar Ahmed distributed gifts and certificates of appreciation to the honorable guests.
