The Department of Marketing, Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) of American International University Bangladesh, organized a Guest Speaker session on "Motivating the Young entrepreneurship and the marketing strategy of online business in Bangladesh" on 21st November 2017 in the Permanent Campus Library for the students of the Course – Principle of Marketing(D) & Introduction to Business(A4). To enhance the students’ knowledge-base, Mr. Didarul Alam, Managing Director, esho.com & adon.com, chairman, BASIS gave an informative lecture on the above mentioned topic for the students. He has a rich professional background on successful implementation of online business and digital Bangladesh project development.
During the seminar, Mr. Didarul Alam highlighted the achievements of online business success in Bangladesh. The Guest Speaker also discussed the progression of digitalization of Bangladesh. The seminar was indeed a fruitful knowledge sharing forum that was followed by a question-answer session from the participating students and faculty members of Marketing department. Assistant Director, Admin Department, Md. Rashidul Islam Pallab also made an enlightening speech in the seminar & gave a vote of thanks to the Guest Speaker. Mr. Partho Prasad Chowdhury, Associate Professor, Faculty of Business Administration handover a Certificate of Appreciation and AIUB Souvenir with Mr. Didarul Alam for sharing his rich experiences with the student community. The Students were enthusiastic and inspired to gain knowledge from such a resourceful professional from the online business sector in Bangladesh. This event was coordinated and organized by Ms. Yesmin Sultana, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Business Administration, AIUB.
