The AIUB Business Club (ABC) proudly organized the Dexterity 3.0 Grooming Session on “Presentation Mastery,” supported by the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), AIUB, on December 14, 2025, at the Multipurpose Hall (Building D, 10th Floor), AIUB. The primary objective of the session was to enhance participants’ presentation skills and prepare them with the strategic mindset required to excel in competitions and professional environments.

The event featured a distinguished industry professional as the guest speaker, Mr. Khairul Sadman Farabi, currently serving as a Territory Officer, British American Tobacco Bangladesh

His presence enriched the session with practical insights and real-world experiences. Mr. Farabi delivered an engaging session, offering comprehensive guidance on delivering impactful presentations. He emphasized the importance of structured thinking, clear communication, confident delivery, and teamwork, highlighting how these elements play a crucial role in both competitive case presentations and corporate settings.

The session was further elevated by the presence of esteemed mentors of the AIUB Business Club (ABC). Mr. Soumendra Sankar Das, Associate Professor, Dept. of Marketing, FBA; and Mr. Stanley Rodrick, Associate Professor, Dept. of Marketing, FBA, and Special Assistant, Office of Student Affairs (OSA), encouraged participants to refine their analytical and presentation skills while striving for continuous improvement. Their guidance left a lasting impression on the attendees.

The Grooming Session saw enthusiastic participation from members of 26 qualifying teams, fostering a learning, collaborative, and inspiring environment. The session was seamlessly moderated by the host, Ms. Naznin Akter, whose effective coordination ensured a smooth and engaging flow throughout the program.

The centerpiece of the session included a series of interactive activities. It began with an engaging Q&A session, where participants actively exchanged views with the guest speaker and clarified their queries regarding presentation mastery, case competition strategies, and professional communication. This was followed by a short quiz competition to assess participants’ understanding of the concepts discussed. Three quiz winners received small gifts, further boosting student enthusiasm and active participation.

To conclude the session, the AIUB Business Club (ABC) presented a token of appreciation to Mr. Farabi as a heartfelt gesture of gratitude for his valuable time, insightful guidance, and contribution to grooming participants for Dexterity 3.0. The successful conclusion of the session reflected the spirit of collaboration, learning, and mutual respect, leaving a lasting impact on the attendees and motivating them to strive for excellence in their upcoming competitive endeavors.
