The AIUB Business Club (ABC), with the support of the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), AIUB successfully organized the “Grand Finale of Dexterity 3.0,” an intra-university business plan competition, on Monday, December 29, 2025, at the Multipurpose Hall, Annex 7, AIUB.

The program was graciously hosted by Mr. Nishat Khan and Ms. Afrin Azad, general members of the AIUB Business Club (ABC), whose confident hosting ensured a smooth, engaging flow throughout the event.

The Grand Finale commenced with the top seven finalist teams presenting their respective brand’s revival strategies in the final round. Each team demonstrated strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, teamwork, and confident presentation skills, reflecting the group's competitive spirit.

The event was comprehensively evaluated by the distinguished judges, Mr. Hamidul Islam, Associate Professor, Dept. of Marketing, FBA, and Special Assistant, Office of Student Affairs (OSA); Mr. Md. Joynal Abedin, Associate Professor, Dept. of Finance, and Coordinator, Office of Sports; and Mr. Md. Zahidul Anam, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Operations and Supply Chain Management, FBA, who contributed their valuable time and expertise in selecting the winners.

The event was graced by the kind presence of Prof. Dr. Md. Abdur Rahman, Pro Vice Chancellor, AIUB; and Prof. Dr. Anwar Hossain, Advisor and Dean-In-Charge, FBA. Among others, Ms. Nabila Wahid, Lecturer, Dept. of Finance, FBA; Ms. Nusrat Nowreen Srabonty, Lecturer, Dept. of Management, FBA; and Mr. Iftekhar Mahmud, Lecturer, Dept. of English, FASS, AIUB; Mr. Neyaz Hasan Orchi, Senior Executive, MGH Group and club alumnus (Judges of the 2^nd and 1^st Round), Faculty members, Officials, and Club Alumni were also present during the event.

Prof. Dr. Anwar Hossain, Advisor and Dean-In-Charge, FBA, AIUB, opened the session and delivered an insightful speech. He emphasized the importance of critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership development, highlighting how intra-university competitions prepare students for real-world business challenges.

Later, Prof. Dr. Md. Abdur Rahman, Pro Vice Chancellor, AIUB, visited the event and encouraged the organizers and participating students to embrace innovation, interdisciplinary learning, and continuous self-improvement.

At the closing part of the event, Tokens of Appreciation were presented to the judges of the First, Second, and Grand Finale, the distinguished guests and mentors of the AIUB Business Club, in recognition of their valuable time, guidance, and contributions to Dexterity 3.0. Subsequently, each honoree delivered a brief address, sharing insightful remarks, constructive feedback, and words of motivation that inspired the participants and enriched the overall learning experience.

Afterward, the Best Volunteer Award Ceremony was held to acknowledge the dedication, teamwork, and tireless efforts of the volunteers who played a crucial role in organizing the event.

With great excitement and anticipation building among all participants, the results were finally announced, officially declaring ‘The Kingsman’ as the Champion, ‘Team Invictus’ as First Runner-Up, and ‘Team Nine One One’ as Second Runner-Up. The winning teams were awarded trophies and prize money, celebrating their outstanding performance throughout the competition.

Mr. Soumendra S. Das, Associate Professor, Dept. of Marketing, FBA, and Mentor of the AIUB Business Club (ABC), gave valuable insights regarding the event and later Mr. Stanley Rodrick, Associate Professor, Dept. of Marketing, FBA, Special Assistant, Office of Student Affairs (OSA), and Mentor of AIUB Business Club (ABC), delivered a closing speech, commending both the organizing team and the participants for their dedication and hard work. He emphasized the importance of leadership, discipline, and continuous self-improvement in both academic and professional life.

To conclude the event on a vibrant note, the AIUB Performing Arts Club (APAC) presented a cultural performance. Their energetic and engaging performance added a celebratory spirit to the Grand Finale. A special thanks was extended to APAC for their remarkable contribution to the event.

The Grand Finale of Dexterity 3.0 ended successfully with heartfelt gratitude to all participants, judges, guests, faculty members, hosts, volunteers, and supporting bodies. The event once again reflected the AIUB Business Club (ABC)'s commitment to fostering leadership, teamwork, and experiential learning, truly upholding its motto of “Leadership Beyond Practice.”
