The Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of France in Bangladesh, Mr. Jean-Pierre Poncet visited the permanent campus of American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) on Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Dr. Carmen Z Lamagna received him at the campus and had a brief discussion on the possibilities of collaboration between AIUB and French Universities. Dr. Carmen identified the issue of fewer number of Bangladeshi students pursuing their higher education in France in comparison with other European universities. Mr. Poncet was amazed to learn about the large amount Quality Assurance activities carried out in AIUB for over almost a decade. He expressed his utmost satisfaction realizing the effort AIUB puts in to ensure world class and up-to-date academic curriculum. Later he visited the computer and engineering laboratories.
