On 14^th July 2016, a seminar was organized by the Department of Finance, Faculty of Business Administration, American International University – Bangladesh for the students of the course Islamic Finance and Banking. Mr Abdul Jabbar, Executive Vice President, Risk Management Department, Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL), has provided an insight towards the different concepts of risk management tools and techniques and its practice in the Islamic Banking sector of Bangladesh. The students were able to enrich their knowledge from an open question and answer session. The seminar was coordinated and organized by Ms. Bohi Shajahan, the course instructor of the subject Islamic Finance and Banking. The interactive session came to an end with a vote of thanks to the speaker and also the participants by Mr. Mohammad Faridul Alam, Head, Department of Accounting and Finance.
