ESAB AIUB Unit Face Successfully Organized a Webinar on " Think About Your Mental Health for a Better Career and Relationship"

The ESAB AIUB Unit Face successfully organized a webinar on "Think About Your Mental Health for a Better Career and Relationship" on October 16th, 2021 with the students of AIUB through the Google meet platform. The objective of the webinar was to assist in refreshing the thoughts and mental health with an opportunity to learn how to deal with challenging life situations. Mr. Shead Ashraf (Industrial-Organizational Psychologist) and Ms. Nasrin Sultana Shila (Industrial-Organizational Psychologist) served as the instructors for this webinar. The main program began at 7 PM with the national anthem of Bangladesh. Following that, the activities of ESAB AIUB UF, as well as a documentary of what ESAB has accomplished thus far, were presented. Prof. Dr. ABM Siddique Hossain, (Dean, Faculty of Engineering, AIUB), welcomed the speakers and the participants.  Then he discussed the importance of mental health for a successful career. Mr. Shead Ashraf and Ms. Nasrin Sultana Shila presented an important lecture on mental health that lasted around 2 hours. At the end of the entire workshop, there was a Q&A session through which the participants were able to present their questions, and the honorable speakers answered those questions. After that, Mr. Md. Saniat Rahman Zishan (Associate Professor, EEE & CoE, AIUB) gave a closing speech about and then on behalf of ESAB AIUB unit face delivered the virtual token of appreciation to the honorable instructors.
