On December 2, 2021 Titan Techies” a team formed with final year students of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) Department, has secured 1^st Position, under Smart Buildings Category in a national level competition titled “Bikiron 2021” organized by Sustainable and Renewable Energy Development Authority (SREDA), Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The Bikirion 2021 was a sustainable energy innovation challenge that invites university students to achieve the Government’s goal of making the nation “energy smart”. The competition was held virtually on November 11, 2021. Team members Md Abul Hayat Shahjee Midul, Shahadat Hossain Pranta, Al Shaharea Islam Biddut, and Sifatul Islam Siam are final year students of Dept. of EEE, AIUB. They are also pursuing the same project as their final year capstone project. The team has been supervised by Dr. Md. Rifat Hazari (Assistant Professor, Dept. of EEE, AIUB). The team received a prize money cheque of BDT 70,000, crests and certificates.
