On April 30, 2026, the AIUB Economics Club, in collaboration with the AIUB Oratory Club, successfully organized “EconVoices: Debate Championship 2026.” The event brought together talented debaters from across the university, providing a platform to showcase critical thinking, public speaking, and teamwork.The program was graced by the presence of Honorable Vice Chancellor Dr. Saiful Islam, Honorable Dean Dr. Tazul Islam, Head of the Department of Economics Dr. Faria Sultana, Club Mentor of the AIUB Economics Club Dr. Farhana Rafiq, and Club Mentor of the AIUB Oratory Club Pratyya Ghosh, along with distinguished faculty members.

Following several highly competitive rounds, the finalist teams displayed outstanding analytical abilities, confidence, and collaboration, making the championship both engaging and intellectually enriching. The AIUB Economics Club extends its sincere appreciation to all participants, organizers, judges, and volunteers whose dedication and enthusiasm contributed to the success of the event.
