Our VC has been awarded “The Pamana ng Pilipino Award”. This award is conferred on Filipinos working overseas who, with exemplifying talent and zeal of the Filipinos, have brought honor and recognition for the Philippines by virtue of their excellence and distinction in the respective field of work. The ceremony was held in Malacanan Palace, Manila on December 7, 2006. She received the award from HE Gloria M. Arroyo, President of the Philippines.
