The vibrant sports field of American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) came alive with excitement as the grand finale and prize-giving ceremony of the AIUB Inter College Championship 2025 took place on Thursday, July 3, 2025. The championship, a marquee event organized by the Office of Sports in collaboration with the Office of Student Affairs, kicked off on June 29, 2025, bringing together 32 enthusiastic college teams from across Dhaka City.

In an exhilarating turn of events, Dhaka Commerce College clinched the championship title for the third time in the tournament’s history, marking a momentous occasion in the fourth season of this highly anticipated competition. The victory was celebrated with great enthusiasm, highlighting the team's dedication and skill.

The prize distribution was graced by distinguished guests, including AIUB's Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Saiful Islam, Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Abdur Rahman, Proctor Dr. Manzur H Khan and FBA Graduate Program Director Professor Dr. Mohammad Faridul Alam. In his address, the Vice Chancellor expressed heartfelt gratitude to all participants for their spirited involvement and commended their remarkable commitment to balancing rigorous academic schedules with their passion for sports. The program was hosted by Mr. Md. Joynal Abedin, Coordinator, Office of Sports, AIUB.

As the sun set on another successful season, the AIUB Inter College Cricket Championship 2025 concluded on a high note, leaving behind lasting memories and building anticipation for an even more vibrant tournament in the coming year.
