Honorable Danish Ambassador H. E. Mr. Mikael Hemniti Winther visited the Department of Media and Mass Communication on Thursday, January 26, 2017.  He was invited by Dr. Carmen Z Lamagna, Vice Chancellor of AIUB, who showed him around the Animation Lab, Media Studio, 3D Printer, Animation Film produced by the students of MMC in the Faculty of Arts Social Sciences Building.

Later honorable ambassador interacted with the students in a very casual session. On the occasion, AIUB Performing Arts club, along with Minar, renowned singer of the country and also a student of MMC department performed for the Ambassador. A music lover and musician by himself, the ambassador also sung two songs for the students, one of which is written by himself. He later performed alongside the AIUB performing Arts Club.

Dr. Tazul Islam, Dean, FASS, Dr. Alam, Advisor, MMC, Directors, Head of the departments, faculty members, officials and students were also present in the program.
