The Vice Chancellor of AIUB Dr. Carmen Z Lamagna went to the Indian High Commission on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 for a courtesy call on the honorable High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh Smt Riva Ganguly.

They discussed on various opportunities to strengthen the collaboration between AIUB and the Indian High Commission, particularly in the field of internationalization, capacity building, resource enrichment and industry liaison. Smt Riva Ganguly pointed out the huge potential of Bangladeshi youth engaging into entrepreneurship aligned with the exponential growth of the country. In response to the invitation of Dr. Carmen, she also expressed her interest to interact more with AIUB students through a lecture session in near future. Ms. Nabanita Chakrabarti, First Secretary (Political) of the Indian High Commission, Mr. Manzur H Khan, Director, Office of Student Affairs and Ms. Shama Islam, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Business Administration and Special Assistant of the Vice Chancellor, AIUB were also present at that time.
