| American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) has successfully completed its 14 years journey in the field of providing quality Higher Education in Bangladesh. To mark this significant achievement AIUB has organized a number of events over a period of 2 weeks to celebrate its 14th Foundation Day involving all the students, faculty and the management.
The 2 week long celebration has kick started with the Indoor Games on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 and will be followed by a host of other activities like Web/ Graphic Design Competition, Software Design Competition, Business Quiz Competition, Debate, Blood Donation, Photo Exhibition, Art Exhibition, Architecture Student Work Exhibition, Software Exhibition, Film Show, Cultural Show, Drama Show, Prize Distribution, Open Air Concert and will conclude with the much awaited Job Fair. Different campuses of the University have been chosen to host these different activities starting from the 3rd of November, 2009. All the festivities will conclude on November 14, 2009. These varied range of activities and events are all being hosted by The Office of Student Affairs under the leadership and guidance of our Founder & Vice President of Student Affairs Ms. Nadia Anwar.
The first event in this long list of activities was the Indoor Games and it was inaugurated at different venues jointly by Our Honorable Chairman Dr. Anwarul Abedin and our Honorable Vice Chancellor Dr. Carmen Z Lamagna while Ms. Nadia Anwar was present along with Dr. Anwar Hossain, Pro-VC, Professor Dr. Tafazzal Hossain, VP, Academics and others officials. |
