The AIUB Community of Engineering Students (ACES), in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) organized a Capstone Project Poster Competition for Summer 2023-24 semester students on October 24, 2024, at Building D, Room 810 of the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB).

Six groups presented their capstone projects to supervisors, external judges, and faculty members. Following their successful defenses, the groups showcased their work in a poster competition, where industry professionals evaluated the presentations and provided valuable feedback.

The event was inaugurated with an inspiring speech by Prof. Dr. ABM Siddique Hossain, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, who congratulated the students on their achievements and motivated them with insightful guidance.

Prominent industry experts, including Mr. Mohammad Shahriar Salehin (Service Experience Lead Engineer, Network Strategy and Performance, Banglalink Digital Communications LTD) and Mr. Kazi Alvi Haque (Shakkhar) (Manager, Technology Co-Trust Tech Limited; Proprietor, Desh Technology and Ideas), served as judges for the competition.

The awards for the best project and best poster group were presented by Prof. Dr. Md. Abdul Mannan, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and Mr. Nafiz Ahmed Chisty, Associate Professor and Head of the Undergraduate Program, Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

The event concluded with a group photo, commemorating the participants' achievements and marking another successful milestone in AIUB's commitment to academic and professional excellence.
