Tourism and Hospitality is a fast-changing, dynamic and highly competitive field, where only the best and most well-trained professionals succeed in achieving their goals. On 20^th March, AIUB organized a day-long THM Fest to celebrate the glory of THM. The event was inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor Dr. Carmen Z. Lamagna with the presence of Pro VC Prof. Dr. Charles C. Villanueva, Professor Dr. Nisar Ahmed, Director of MBA and Mr Manzur H. Khan, Director of OSA. There were about 20 stalls set up by students and corporate groups with different range of products for sale.

Another attraction of THM Fest was a career seminar on Tourism and Hospitality Industry. Students attended in this seminar were truly motivated by the key speakers who came from different areas of tourism and hospitality field.

The Program concluded with the distribution of certificates to all the participants and volunteers of this event by Prof. Dr. Nisar Ahmed. Special thanks goes to the title sponsor of this event ‘The Olives – Residence + Suite’ especially to the CEO Dr. Maruf U Islam. This event was organized and facilitated by THM faculty Mr Mahmudul Hasan and assisted by adjacent faculty Dr. Maruf U Islam.
