AIUB Students participated in DEA Residential Project at Cox’s Bazar

 
The Duke of Edinburgh (DEA) Award Program’s residential project was held from 4th September, 2013 to 8th September, 2013 at Cox’s Bazar. 10 students from AIUB (Gold Participants) participated in the residential project which is a requirement for the award. The students were accompanied and supervised by Mr. Saidur Rahman and Mr. Bayejid who are faculty members of the Faculty of Computer Science of AIUB. In this tour, the participants conducted a dental health survey on the rural people of Sonapur village near Ramu, Cox’s Bazar and 30kms away from Cox’s Bazar town. They made teeth health awareness campaign in that particular area. The participants also played beach football,   and participated in hiking, location mapping and some survey discussions.  All the programs were coordinated and organized by Mr. Abdul Kader Nazmul, DEA Award Coordinator and Award Leader at AIUB.
