AIUB Student team secured second position in PUBG Mobile Campus Championship (PMCC)
The PUBG Mobile Campus Championship (PMCC) is one of the most prestigious e-sports tournaments for university students in Bangladesh. This year’s edition witnessed participation from over 97 universities with more than 600 registered teams nationwide, including around 20 teams from American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB).
Road to the Online Final
To reach the Online Final, teams had to progress through five competitive stages:
- Open Qualifiers
- Eliminator 1
- Eliminator 2
- Quarter Final
- Semi Final
From AIUB, three teams advanced successfully to the Online Final. However, as per the regulations, only one team per university with the highest cumulative points could qualify for the Campus Clash LAN event.
AIUB’s Achievement in the Online Final
The team “Umbrella Canteen CS6 – AIUB” demonstrated outstanding performance, finishing as Runner-Up in the Online Final. With this achievement, the team secured 72,000 BDT in prize money and qualified for the prestigious Campus Clash Championship held at the BRAC University.
Campus Clash Championship (LAN Event)
In the Campus Clash LAN event, teams represented their universities under official university names. Competing against the top 16 universities from across Bangladesh, Team AIUB showcased exceptional teamwork and consistency.
AIUB achieved Runner-Up position once again, securing an additional 72,000 BDT in prize money. This marked a significant milestone in AIUB’s e-sports journey and brought national recognition to the university’s gaming community.

Through determination, strategic gameplay, and exceptional teamwork, Team AIUB (Umbrella Canteen CS6) brought home Runner-Up titles in both the Online Final and the Campus Clash LAN Championship.
