On September 14, 2025, PUBG MOBILE Campus Jam: Spooky Soiree event organized by AIUB Computer Club in collaboration with PUBG MOBILE took place at AIUB campus and drew a large number of enthusiastic participants who came together to experience competitive gaming, engaging activities and the thrill of esports under one roof.

American International University Bangladesh (AIUB) proudly achieved the 1st Runner-Up position in the PUBG MOBILE Spooky Soiree: Campus Jam event. The position was secured by competing against the top five universities in Bangladesh, showcasing the skill, teamwork and rising esports talent of AIUB students.

Later, on October 29, 2025, the Executive Panel of the AIUB Computer Club, along with Mr. Abhijit Bhowmik, Associate Professor, AIUB and Mentor of AIUB Computer Club, received an award and BDT 40,000 prize money from PUBG MOBILE for this achievement. They were honored by Ms. Nadia Anwar, Chairman & Founder Member, Board of Trustees, AIUB. Additionally, Prof. Dr. Saiful Islam, Vice-Chancellor, AIUB also congratulated the panel for bringing this recognition to the university.

The event successfully blended competition, creativity, and entertainment and the accomplishment highlights AIUB's excellence in esports and reflects its students' strong and growing presence in competitive gaming arenas.
