The ‘AIUB Pogchamps’ team, representing American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), have secured the championship title at the Mecha Mayhem VALORANT tournament, hosted by the BUTEX TexMech Society and powered by Star Tech Ltd. This marks AIUB’s fourth inter-university VALORANT championship victory, solidifying their dominance in the competitive university esports scene.

The event was part of “Machine Mania 2.0” at the Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX) and featured 16 teams from universities across the country. The competition began with online qualifiers from August 29 to September 2, with the Grand Finals held on September 4, 2025.

In a thrilling final, ‘AIUB Pogchamps’ defeated North South University with a decisive 13-10 victory on both Corrode and Lotus maps, showcasing exceptional teamwork and skill.
