The Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Anwar Hossain commenced the program with his welcome speech and a precise presentation on several important rules and regulations of the University to provide some guidelines to the new members. Dr. Anwarul Abedin, the honorable Chairman, Dr. Carmen Z. Lamagna, the honorable Vice Chancellor and Prof. Dr. T. Hossain, Vice President for Academic Affairs also attended the program to welcome and encourage the new faculty members on the first day of their journey to a new environment. Among the top Officials, Prof. Dr. Charles C. Villanueva, Dean of FASS & Business & Director of ACRE, Prof. Dr. ABM Siddique Hossain, Dean of Science Faculty, Prof. Tazul Islam, Associate Dean of Business Faculty, Mr. Tareque Moudud, Director of OPA, Mr. Maksudur Rahman Sarkar, Director of AQAC, Mr. Danilo G. Morgia, Director of IT, Lt. Col. Golam Maula, Director of Admin, Prof. M. A. Quaiyum, Registrer, Mr. Manzur H. Khan, Coordinator of OSA, Mr. Abdul Kader Nazmul, Coordinator of OS, Mr. Ziarat H. Khan, Coordinator of ORP and Mr. M. Sadiquz Zaman, Deputy Librarian were present there to welcome the new members and also gave their valuable suggestions and guidelines. The day-long program continued till the 4.30 of the evening.
