In the 3^rd DUMCS-TIB Anti-Corruption Moot Court Competition 2023, which took place on March 6–9, 2024, a Moot Team from American International University-Bangladesh participated in it. TIB-DUMCS Anti-Corruption Moot Court Competition, a collaborative effort between Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) and Dhaka University Moot Court Society (DUMCS), returned for third iteration.

The AIUB Moot Court Team consisted of S.M. Salman, Maliha Gulrukh Muzib Rimjhim, and Nurnahar Akter Sathi, students of the Department of Law. A total of 20 teams from major public and private universities participated in the 3^rd TIB-DUMCS Anti-Corruption Moot Court Competition. Each team comprises three members.

The grand opening of the event took place at the Faculty of Law, University of Dhaka on 6 March 2024. Prof. Dr. A. S. M. Maksud Kamal, honorable Vice-Chancellor of the University of Dhaka; Dr. Shima Zaman, Dean, Faculty of Law, University of Dhaka, and Dr. Iftekharuzzaman, Executive Director, TIB graced the opening ceremony of the moot court competition. Dr. Sumaiya Khair, Adviser, Executive Management of TIB and Professor, Department of Law, University of Dhaka; Prof. Dr. Md. Rahmat Ullah, Chairman, Department of Law, DU and Prof. Dr. M.N. Bhuian, Chief Moderator, DUMCS also attended the event as distinguished guests.

At the award giving ceremony, Supreme Court Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed encouraged the students to observe court proceedings to know more about the legal process to enrich themselves. Encouraging the students, TIB Executive Director Dr. Iftekharuzzaman said all the participants of the moot court were winners, as the competition was an opportunity for them to learn, make network, and develop friendships. Other guests at the closing ceremony were Dr. Shima Zaman, Dean, Faculty of Law, University of Dhaka and Dr. Sumaiya Khair, Adviser, Executive Management of TIB and Professor, Department of Law, University of Dhaka.
