AIUB Inter University Drama Festival 2012

The 1st ever Inter University Drama Festival, organized by the AIUB by AIUB Drama Club (ADC) entitled ‘AIUB Inter-University Drama Festival’ was successfully held at the Shawkat Osman Auditorium, Sufia Kamal Library, Shahbag from 1 July, 2012 to 9 July, 2012. Five different institutions other than AIUB staged their drama production on the stage. AIUB Drama Club staged their three home productions titled ‘Meraj Fakirer Maa’, ‘Che’r Cycle’ & ‘Darpone Sharatshashi’. The aim of the festival was to create friendly bondage among the educational institutions and thus spread the spirit of creation through young hearts. The festival was a great success with the presence of many high officials from AIUB and renowned celebrities like Mr. Ramendra Majumder, Mr. Mamunur Rashid at the opening and closing ceremony.
