The Workshop on Fundamental Analysis of the Stock Market, organized by AIUB Finance Club – AFiC, marked an insightful and engaging initiative toward strengthening students’ understanding of financial markets, investment analysis, and long-term wealth creation. The workshop provided participants with an opportunity to explore the principles of evaluating businesses and identifying potential long-term investment opportunities through fundamental analysis.

The event was honored to have Anika Mafiz, Head of Investment Strategy & Organizational Risk Management at BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Ltd., as the distinguished keynote speaker. Drawing from her extensive industry experience and expertise, she shared valuable insights into fundamental analysis, business evaluation, and the factors investors should consider when identifying long-term investment opportunities. Her practical perspectives enabled participants to connect theoretical financial concepts with real-world investment decisions and gain a deeper understanding of the analytical approaches used in the stock market.
