AIUB Film Club’s one year celebration and orientation

AIUB FILM CLUB organized a day long program on June 6, 2010 to celebrate its one successful year of journey. The orientation of newly recruited members of AFC was also held with the same program. At 10 AM, the celebration started with a colorful rally of AFC members around the campuses. A cultural program was also held in the Auditorium around 3 PM which included songs, dances, comedy show, drama, DJ Remix, and many more. The former president of AFC, Nafiur Rahaman Utpol handed over the responsibilities to the newly elected president K. M. Sium Arafat. Media personalities like Mahi B Chowdhury, Decon Noor, Pran Roy, Kamruzzaman Babor and many others were present during the celebration to inspire the members of AFC. Mr. Manzur H Khan, Director, Office of Student Affairs, Dr. Silverine De Silva, Mr. Debashish Biswas, Mr. Zakaria Masud, Mr. Kamrul Bari and other Faculty Members also witnessed the program.

Finally, the cultural show was concluded by a musical performance by the Guest Band “MONOSHORONI”.
