Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), AIUB, organized an Academic Visit to the Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC (DSE) on November 06, 2025. A total of 100 students, accompanied by faculty members from the Departments of Finance, MIS & Business Analytics of American International University–Bangladesh (AIUB), participated in the visit.
On the same day, a literacy awareness program titled “Capital Market Centric Academic Literacy Awareness Program”—an initiative of the DSE Training Academy (DTA). The program was attended by:

Major General Mohammad Quamruzzaman (retd), PhD (Fellow), psc, MBA (IBA), Director, DSE, delivered the welcome speech. Mr. Syed Al Amin Rahman, DGM & Head of DSE Training Academy, conducted the keynote session covering the fundamentals of the capital market, stock market operations, current market affairs, growth potential, and essential investment tools and techniques. He also facilitated an interactive Q&A session with participating students and faculty members.

Faculty of Business Administration, AIUB is currently working toward establishing a MoU with Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC to enhance student placement opportunities and support future career development.
