American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) has achieved another milestone by being officially ranked in the Times Higher Education (THE) Asia University Rankings 2025. This marks a significant progression from its previous status as a reporter university, showcasing AIUB’s growing academic and institutional excellence.
This year, a total of 17 Bangladeshi universities have been featured in the rankings — including 13 public and 4 private universities. AIUB proudly stands among the four private universities from Bangladesh that have earned a place in this prestigious regional ranking.
The Asia University Rankings, published annually by Times Higher Education, evaluate universities based on several performance indicators, including teaching, research, citations, international outlook, and industry income. AIUB's entry into the ranked list signals its steady advancement in academic quality, research output, and global engagement.
