The Department of Architecture arranged "AIUB ARCHITECTURE WEEK 2007" from Thursday, July 19th to Sunday, July 22nd.

The events included

* A study trip to The National Parliament Building designed by master architect Louis I. Kahn
* Lecture series presented by renowned professionals
* Film show on world famous architects
* Cultural program by architecture students and
* A one-day student design competition open to all architecture students nationwide

The eventful Architecture Week was participated, enjoyed and appreciated by a huge number of students and professionals. The overwhelming response was so inspiring that the Architecture Department at AIUB will be arranging similar events regularly for more meaningful academic interaction between the students, academicians and professionals Cultural Program Closing Ceremony
