The VC signed a Memorandum of cooperation with the JF Oberlin University, Tokyo, Japan last October 13, 2012 in Tblisi, Georgia, to establish programs of exchange and collaboration in areas of interest and benefit to both institution. It is also intended to facilitate development of specific independent programs of collaboration in the areas of:

• exchange of teachers and research staffs
•  establish programs for qualified students to pursue either short term or graduate programs
•  identify other areas of possible interest and collaboration

make faculty and students aware of the academic programs, opportunities, research institutes and resources of both institution.
