The American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) and the Bangladesh Volleyball Federation (BVF) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Wednesday, 10th June 2026, at 3:30 PM at the AIUB Campus. Through this partnership, AIUB will be the official Education Partner of the Bangladesh Volleyball Federation for the next three years, underscoring a shared commitment to fostering the development of sports and education in Bangladesh.

The MOU was signed by Ms. Nadia Anwar, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, AIUB, on behalf of AIUB, and Mr. Faruque Hassan, President of BVF, on behalf of BVF. The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Md. Abdur Rahman, Pro-Vice Chancellor, AIUB; Prof. Dr. Manzur H. Khan, Proctor, AIUB; Dr. Ziarat H Khan, Deputy Director, Student Services and Welfare, AIUB; Mr. Abu Miah Akanda Tuhin, Assistant Director, Public Relations, AIUB. Mr. Bimal Ghosh, General Secretary, BVF; Mr. Abdul Mamin Saddam, Joint Secretary, BVF and Mr. Md. Joynal Abedin, Coordinator, Office of Sports, AIUB.

This collaboration is expected to open new opportunities for student engagement, skill development, and the advancement of Volleyball in Bangladesh.
