The Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), AIUB, organized a farewell program entitled "Adieu! To the FBA Graduating Students” for Spring 2022-2023 semester on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, held in the Multipurpose Hall, Annex 7 at AIUB Campus. Around 200 graduating students who have completed their BBA & MBA Internship Defense participated in the event. FBA faculty members, Department Heads, Program Directors, Associate Dean, and Administrative Representatives from AIUB were also joined in the event and shared their valuable guidelines to make it successful and memorable for the students.

The farewell program commenced with the welcome speech by Dr. Rezbin Nahar, Director, Undergraduate Program, FBA, followed by an address on students’ higher education and future career planning by Professor Dr. Farheen Hassan, Associate Dean, FBA, AIUB. Mr. Ziarat H. Khan, Deputy Director, Student Service and Welfare, Office of Student Affairs (OSA), shared his views on the students' development and stated about AIUB Alumni Society (AlUBAlumS). After him, Dr. Mohammad Faridul Alam, Director, Graduate Programs, FBA, delivered the concluding speech. He also congratulated the FBA Graduating students of Spring 2022-2023 and wished them a prosperous career and life.

Some of the graduating students shared their best memories mentioning the different experiences throughout their academic journey at AIUB, followed by farewell songs by Mr. Soumendra Sankar Das, Associate Professor, Department of Marketing. To acknowledge the AIUB Alumni from Business School, FBA introduced a new category of felicitating alumni every semester. Likewise, Mr. Sajid Mahbub, Chief Executive Officer & Executive Editor, Bangladesh Brand Forum, was recognized this time with a plaque of appreciation. The program then continued with the performances by AIUB Performing Arts Club [APAC]. After the lively performance by the APAC team, the EMCEE of the program, Ms. Shahnaz Zarin Haque, Assistant Professor, Department of Operations and Supply Chain Management, FBA, invited all the faculty members and the graduating students on the stage for having the group photo.

The program was coordinated and facilitated by Mr. Hamidul Islam Hamid, Stanley Rodrick, Senior Asst. Professors, Department of Marketing; Dr. Mohammad Ali, Senior Asst. Professor, Department of Management and HRM; Ms. Sazia Afrin, Asst. Professor, Department of Accounting, and the FBA TAs under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Rezbin Nahar, Director, Undergraduate Program, FBA. The Faculty of Business Administration [FBA] would also like to thank Mr. Manzur H. Khan, Proctor, and Director, Office of Student Affairs (OSA), AIUB; and AIUB Administration to provide all types of administrative and logistical support in arranging and successfully conclude this event.
