The 6th Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM) Bangladesh Conference was organized during 27-28 December 2023 by the IEOM Society International. Dr. Md. Ehasanul Haque, Senior Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Industrial and Production Engineering, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) was invited as a distinguish plenary speaker in the conference. He delivered an insightful talk entitled “Electroplating of Chromium on The Mild Steel Substrate from The Bath Containing Cr (III) in Presence of Additives” in the 44^th Global Engineering Education Session. Dr. Haque was also acting as a session chair in this session. Besides, Dr. Haque achieved “Outstanding Academic Leadership Award” in the prestigious award category. This recognition is a testament to his exemplary contributions to the field of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management.
